1. Pull balances from each custodian statement.

3. Write the report:

   - Allocation versus target, by entity
   - Cash coming in and going out next quarter
4. Use our report template and the family's names
   for each entity, not account numbers.
5. Mark it DRAFT. The CFO signs off before it goes out.
